Substitute flywheel, with the Panopset application name of your choice. Here are the default paths to the Panopset Flywheel application, for these PC platforms:
/opt/panopset/bin/flywheel
/Applications/panopset.app/Contents/MacOS/flywheel
"c:\Program Files\panopset\flywheel.exe"
